IndiGo announces three new routes from Southern India to Abu Dhabi

IndiGo has announced it will expand its network between India and Abu Dhabi with new flights from three cities in Southern India – Mangaluru, Coimbatore, and

Tiruchirappalli – next month.


The first of the three routes to Abu Dhabi – from Mangaluru – will launch with daily flights from August 9.


From the following day (August 10), the airline will launch a thrice-weekly service on the Abu Dhabi-Coimbatore route before launching a four-times weekly service between Abu Dhabi and Tiruchirappalli route on August 11.


The three routes will follow a previously announced route between Bengaluru and Abu Dhabi. From August 1, IndiGo will operate six weekly flights on the Bengaluru-Abu Dhabi route.


With the new routes, IndiGo will operate flights from 14 cities in India to Abu Dhabi including Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kannur, Kochi, Kozhikode, Lucknow, Mangalore, Mumbai, Tiruchirappalli.
